Days Inn by Wyndham Nashville Saint Thomas West Hospital

Before I arrived, reading the reviews made me a little apprehensive but once I got there I realized how dramatic people can be. I mean literally just a bunch of Karen’s expecting the Ritz Carlton from a Days inn… The room was very clean. Fresh sheets fresh towels all that The attendant at the desk was very courteous and my room keys worked just fine Infact I even locked myself out accidentally shortly after checking in and they gave me a replacement right away with no issue. The area was not sketchy at all, in fact it was really quiet at night. God forbid one homeless person walks down the sidewalk at night, minding their own business and not bothering a soul lol People find the silliest things to complain about, if you bougie and upscale then pay for it. This is a perfect place to rest your head at night if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep while you enjoy the city! Oh plenty of places to eat near by! Hattie Bs was just around the corner!

Way cleaner than any Days Inn I’ve ever seen! I didn’t know what to expect. However, I loved the comfy bed, wood floors, and very spacious rooms. The front receptionist was wonderful and SO helpful! Will definitely come back!

Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Location was perfect for our needs.

I needed a last minute place to stay. Don't let the star rating fool you. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was accommodating to a hidden disability. Slept good. Double decker fridge and newish microwave. If you have a heavy vehicle, don't park by the office because of slope. This will be my go to place when I am too tired to drive home or bad weather.

It won’t let me mark between 4 and 5, but I would actually say 4.5-4.8 stars. The reviews don’t do this hotel justice. We stayed for a week and were able to enjoy a free hot breakfast every morning. The house keeping staff were super kind in ensuring we got clean towels everyday without disturbing us when we were in. The office staff were incredibly nice and made good conversation at check in and during grabbing breakfast. While the outside does match probably the ‘90s - 2000s but the inside was renovated recently and looked amazing. The only mark offs were severely minor: small marks on the exterior of the white fridge, the light near the tv and lone standing lamp didn’t turn on, and the parking lot space size and number of spaces were limited, especially when people were unnecessarily double parking when they didn’t need to. Beyond the parking issue (which is not the staff’s fault), the other issues didn’t not impede our enjoyment of our vacation. Highly recommend staying here compared to downtown or otherwise, there are fast food selections, gas stations, and a Kroger nearby all will still being able to enjoy what Nashville had to offer.

Room was clean. Quiet sleep. Water was hot. A/C was cold. Within 5 min walking distance was everything I needed: planet fitness, grocery, 7-11, and Thai food.

Rooms are ok for what you pay for, sink area needs up dating but clean, bathroom was ok, TV was very small and only 10 channels, bed was good but needs new pillows they were like bricks, floor was clean and no signs of any bugs. Location was brilliant, bus stop 1 min walk, bus ride 25/30 mins to Nashville. Our room was very close to the main road, very noisy.

Room was okay. I hate that I didnt have regular TV to watch. And the toilet ran constantly. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay
